MEP Construction Manager

Job description / Role

An international consultancy has a new and exciting opportunity for a MEP Construction Manager to work on a mixed-use Infra and Buildings project in Abu Dhabi.

Working as part of a consultancy responsible for providing specialist fire and life safety supervision services, you will be responsible for managing the project through design review, construction supervision, commissioning, testing and handover. Your role will encompass managing a team of inspectors, reviewing and approving design drawings, method statements and material submittals, and responding to RFI’s related to Fire protection and ventilation systems. You will report directly to the project manager and overseeing the contractor.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and have 10+ years’ experience including previous experience in a MEP construction leadership role. Relevant project experience to include tunnels, roads and high-rise towers.
