We are hiring an MEP Design Manager to support a leading UAE developer on a portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review MEP designs (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) through design and tender stages.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Provide technical input and coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Lead design review meetings and support tender evaluations.

• 15 years’ experience in MEP design and project management.
• Strong background in design review and tendering processes.
• UAE and GCC project experience, ideally within mixed-use and residential developments.
• Prior exposure working with developers is essential.
