Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Prepares shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
- Prepares MEP builders work & composite drawings.
- Prepares bottom of duct & level of pipe
- Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
- Prepares drawing required for government permits and utility companies.
- Develop detail pipe layout and isometric drawings coordinate the duct work with other trade i.e structural, piping, electrical & interior design
- Prepare duct layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches & Engineering instruction.
- Develop plant room layout and sectional detail
- Basic knowledge of air-conditioning design
- Conducts site verification as required
- Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
- Secure all company documents at all times
- Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
- Abides with the company rules regulations.
- Performs other related duties as maybe assign by the Superior
Requirements
- Should Posses atleast diploma.
- Minimum experience 2 years
- Extensive experience in MEP/ HVAC project execution Company
- Proficiency in working on latest versions of AutoCAD/ Revit
- MS suits, and relevant design software.
- Excellent skills in understanding requirements and drafting based on the same.
