Job description / Role

Objectives: Manage Technicians, Strong knowledge about Spare Parts and scaffoldings. Should have strong knowledge and contacts with suppliers and retailers.
Main responsibilities: Manage Team, Handle Projects, Handle Customers, Solve site issues, HVAC Troubleshooting, Responsible for the role.
Reporting to: Concerned Manager
Subordinates: Technicians
Other interactions: Finance department, Technical department, Admin department

Requirements

University Qualifications: BTech Mechanical Engineer
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 to 4 years
Specialist knowledge: HVAC, MEP
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Communication and Leadership
Age Range: BELOW 35
Gender Preference: MALE
Nationality Preference: Indian, Pakistan, Sri Lankan
Language Fluency: English, Hindi, Arabic Working Knowledge
