MEP Engineer

Job description / Role

Waagner Biro is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer for its Dubai location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within various infrastructure projects. This role demands expertise in ensuring that all MEP works meet industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems in Elevator Maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP Elevator Maintenance works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including design plans, technical reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations.

• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the infrastructure industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MEP design tools.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
