MEP Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented MEP Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our diverse projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong technical background, ensuring that our building services run efficiently and effectively while adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP components.
- Conduct site inspections and propose solutions to address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation and reports related to MEP systems and components.
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to MEP work, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience of 5+ years in MEP engineering, preferably within the construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively in teams.
- 5 years experience of working in Abu Dhabi

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
