Position Title: MEP Engineer - Fit out
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: Annual airline ticket allowance of 2K AED, company car, with fuel allowance

About the Client:
A highly trusted maintenance service provider, based in Dubai servicing residential and commercial properties across UAE.

Job Description:
• Coordinate MEP activities with architects, civil engineers, and interior designers.
• Ensure correct installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Monitor site works and ensure quality control of MEP installations.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery and execution of MEP systems.

• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a relevant technical or project-based role.
• Fit-Out industry experience is mandatory, with proven exposure to site operations, technical coordination, and project execution.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
