Job description / Role
Client is a large developer and contracting business based in Dubai. The require an experienced MEP Manager to attend all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the Division Manager on the proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings. Assignment of all project related activities to all resources. To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same. Planning and scheduling of resources (material, manpower etc.) Resources Mobilisation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience (5 in Dubai)
- Design experience
- Must have managed sub-contractors on large projects
- Worked on projects from start to finish
- Various projects including hotels, hospitals
- At least 3 years GCC experience
- Western preferred but not essential
- Client facing experience
