Job description / Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical and Electrical Managers onsite to obtain the best results in line with the agreed goals
- Oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP Contractors
- Provide Board Members with adequate and timely reports on the company’s activities
- Coordinate with the Group Corporate areas to assure a streamlined business process and comply with corporate guidelines
- Ensure and monitor project progress and/or delays and take corrective steps to meet the project’s deadline
Requirements
- 50 years old and below
- Must have at least 20 years of work experience in the same role
- Strong experience in commercial and contracts side of the business, versant of Fedic and laws of contracts
- Ability to manage an MEP business approx. 250 M – 350 M
- Must be highly technical and strong in the estimation
- Immediate joiners will be prioritize
