MEP Planning Manager

Job description / Role

A MEP Planning Manager is required to join an industry leading MEP main contracting company in the UAE. The client requires candidates currently residing in the GCC region.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review documentation relating to schedule and cost for all MEP provisions.
- Coordinate and liaise with other members of the team, consultants and clients to ensure efficient running of daily operations.
- Response for overseeing the planning, scheduling and coordination of the projects
- Monitor and maintain Detailed Project Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project and Activity Coding and Resource Loading

Salary and Package:
Circa 30,000 AED basic salary p/m + package

Requirements

- Degree qualified (or similar equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Vast MEP Experience in a similar role for a contractor
- Solid Planning background in Construction preferred
- Large to Mega sized projects experience preferred
- Previous GCC experience is essential
- Excellent management skills and capable of managing multi-discipline work force
- Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities
- Be able to use computer applications effectively including Primavera
