This is an opportunity to work for Mace International on a major programme of projects in Dubai.

Reporting to the Project Director, responsible for a major component project on a large programme through the final design management and into delivery on site.

Responsible for the management of international consultants and design partners through design delivery and delivery on site, overseeing a construction supervision consultant.

Responsible for:
- MEP Design management.
- Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the scheme.
- Monitoring compliance with the Project Brief.
- Monitoring progress against the Project Scope.
- Scheduling of Design Reviews at all gateways and Control Points.
- Organising and Managing Technical Review team resource and input.
- Delivery on site and the management of an international construction supervision team and the main MEP contractors.
- Reviewing and reporting on project status with the Project Management team and recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Responsible for delivering the work on time, within budget and to high standards.
- Managing all Health and Safety aspects.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long term relationships and integrated teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required. It is essential that you can demonstrate a clear, systematic approach to solving complex technical and aesthetic issues and are able to communicate solutions in an effective, high level manner.

Requirements

- Degree Qualification.
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
- MEP Design AND Project Management skills
- Major project experience.
- International project delivery experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
