Job description / Role
An MEP contracting company in Dubai requires an MEP Project Manager to lead construction and ensure successful completion of MEP projects.
Duties shall include planning, resource allocations, all contractual issues and letters, managing MEP subcontractors, material/equipment/ shop drawing submittals, works, testing and commissioning etc. Should have a good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems.
Requirements
• 7-10 years UAE experience in MEP Contracting field. Should be able to plan, design, correspond independently and execute MEP projects, leading a team of Engineers, Jr.Engineers & Supervisors.
• At least 4 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager.
• Must Be Degree qualified as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Highly driven and trustworthy
• Needs to be based in the UAE
Salary between AED 20,000 - 23,000 depending on experience with Family Medical and Flights provided.
