Client are looking to hire due to 3 New Awards in RAK, Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Due to these awards they need to interview and hire the right MEP Project Manager for a project in Dubai Marina.

Your immediate line manager will be the Operations Manager covering the UAE

• 35 Years + in business
• Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Commercial & Technology Projects with MEP Contract Values from 80-700 Million AED
• Having secured an impressive few awards and negotiated a framework the outcome for this group is VERY STRONG.

Duties:

• Drive productivity, program and workmanship
• Analyze technical drawings, programs and ensuring
• Schedule MEP installation to hit programs
• Manage internal and external resources
• Support project teams through strong management and mentoring
• Keeping clear lines of communication up stream and down. Keeping everyone motivated and on course.

• Clear track record in the UAE for a MEP Sub-Contractor or Buildings Main Contractor as a MEP Construction Manager or Project Manager
• 8 Years Post Graduate experience or relevant trade experience
• CV shows ability to build handling Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing packages
• Strong communication skills and confidence to client face
• Commercial & contractual awareness and able to protect your contract rights if needed working closely with the Commercial Manager on site
• Experience of the full delivery of MEP Services, from design conception to completion.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
