Job description / Role
Our client a leading international Engineering & Project Management Consultancy requires a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Dubai team.
Key responsibilities include:
• MEP Cost Planning
• MEP Estimating
• Pre-contract estimating of MEP systems
• MEP procurement advice
• Tender management
• Post contract cost control
• Final Accounts
• MEP specialist cost research
• Managing our Cost Management Services to clients
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
Requirements
• Be Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 5-10 years experience ideally chartered (not essential)
• Engineering consultancy or PQS Experience
• Clear communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a client focused environment
• Able to manage personal workload and projects while supervising, mentoring and leading a team
