Position Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: visa, medical insurance, annual leave & annual air ticket allowance

About the Client:
A highly trusted maintenance service provider, based in Dubai servicing residential and commercial properties across UAE.

Job Description:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP.
- Develop initial budgets aligned with client expectations.
- Compile tender documentation (BOQs, specs); evaluate bids from suppliers and sub-contractors .
- Monitor site works and ensure quality control of MEP installations Draft, review, and admin contracts; ensure compliance with conditions (FIDIC, NEC).

- Open to Asian nationals, Male and 45 years old below
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or in any relevant field
- At least 4 years relevant experience in Fit Out or Construction industry

Salary:
AED 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
