Job description / Role
To provide and demonstrate technical ability on-site. To be able to rectify faulty equipment to company standard working alone and without immediate supervision. To manage and support the technicians in your team.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:-
• To manage scheduling of all other technicians, consolidate reports and manage the team
• Supervise the delivery of maintenance contracts within the set timelines.
• Support of technicians when required.
• Develop excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their MEP requirements.
• To assume responsibility for high quality and timely delivery
• Manage day to day requirements of maintaining MEP systems
• Provide regular updates and reports to facilities manager
• Delivery of Toolbox Talks to MEP team to ensure the safe delivery of operational activities
• Notifying line management of any identified or suggested opportunity for improvement of the HSE and associated health, safety and environmental risk controls
• To ensure all staff are working safely, report any safety issues immediately to manager
Requirements
Skills-Technical:
Technical certificate or Diploma within their trade boundary
Skills- Soft:
Good Communication Skills
Work Experience:
3 to 5 years of work experience in related field and MEP works
