Position Title: MEP Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The client is one of the leading property maintenance services in Dubai.
Job Role:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team
- Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources
- Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment
- Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies
Requirements
Requirements:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Diploma or equivalent degree on related Engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- Must be expert in home maintenance and capable in supervision
- Highly developed team management skills
- Excellent technical skills with an ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
