Merchandise Manager - Dubai

We are currently working with one of the leading eCommerce business in the Middle East and they are looking to hire a creative and passionate Merchandise Manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides input to merchandise planning in development of financial plan that meets sales and profit objectives;
• Monitors and adjusts sales plan to align with business trend. Monitors fashion trends and competition;
• Develop and execute inventory management strategy to lessen ageing and maximize inventory turnover;
• Lead and manage the Buying and Merchandising team to develop strategic vision to drive sales and margin for assigned departments and ensure understanding of the strategy;
• Recap business weekly, monthly, and seasonally and react to business needs as they arise in a timely manner

Requirements

• More than 4 years of Merchandising and Planning experience, preferably in a multi-brand fashion retail eCommerce business;
• Prefers bachelor’s degree holder;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
