Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Plans and Forecast future buys based on historical sales and current inventory
• Analyze and monitor sales numbers and store performance based on KPI’s, SOH and current trend
• Provide Weekly, MTD, YTD, Sell-through, Weeks cover report to understand the status of current business
• Responsible in Store sales plan, product pricing, markups, markdown & promotions
• Monitor shipment and make sure season products is shipped and received on time
• Arrange shipments for Distribution orders both Local & Outside UAE
• Process Distribution & e-Commerce orders & respond to queries. (Provide Commercial invoice, Packing list, Delivery note)
• Monitor & receive products shipments, this includes creating Purchase Order & Invoice in system

Requirements

• 30 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role preferably from sports related companies /industry
• In depth knowledge in building retail reports & analysis like KPI reports, sell thru report, weeks cover report, stock vs sales, sales comparison etc.
• Knowledgeable in effective visual designs, which include balance, order, emphasis, unity and proportion
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Good communication and comprehension skills
