Merchandising and Sourcing Executive

Job description / Role

• Working with the Buying team to plan and source merchandise as per trends
• Communicating with factories , suppliers for items ,negotiating prices, quantities and time-scales
• Follow Up and maintaining deadlines
• Ensuring quality standards maintained
• Continuous sourcing of quality merchandise at effective prices

Requirements

• We are looking for candidate with 2-3 years of experience in Garment merchandising, production, quality background working in a Buying/ Export House/ Apparel Merchandising
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about apparel/fashion
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garment technology
• Good at numbers , planning and organising
• Able to work within teams
• Must be fluent in English with effective oral and written communication skills
