Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration from legacy/on-premise CRM to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Conduct discovery workshops to deeply understand business processes, data structure, and migration pain points.
• Architect and design migration strategies, including data mapping, deduplication, cleansing, and ETL processes using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or XRMToolbox.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules - Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service - through custom entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Develop custom logic via C# plugins, JavaScript web resources, Power Automate flows, and custom workflows.
• Implement integration solutions leveraging REST/SOAP Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or custom connectors.
• Use Azure DevOps or equivalent for ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control.
• Ensure migration data integrity, manage duplicate data scenarios using CRM dedupe tools, and establish validation routines.
• Conduct and support all testing phases - unit testing, system testing, UAT - and lead go-live deployment and hyper-care.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, migration scripts, architectural diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Deliver end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams to support adoption.
• Provide post-go-live support, implementing enhancements and resolving technical/functional issues.

Experience - Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/365 (on-prem and cloud), including at least one end-to-end migration project.
• Proven track record in customizations - plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate, Power Platform components.
• Expertise in integration technologies: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Azure DevOps or comparable tools for deployments.
• Solid experience in data migration, including validation, deduplication, and large-volume transfers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer/Functional Consultant or Power Platform Developer/Functional Consultant are highly desirable.
