Mid Interior Designer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced residential Interior Designer to join our client’s fast-expanding global team.

Our clients are an award-winning interior design studio that requires an experienced individual to join their Dubai office as a Mid Interior Designer where they will play a crucial role in developing creative interior design solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

They are looking for someone with a strong background in residential projects dealing with developers and 3-5 years of experience.

Working hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 9.00AM – 6.00PM

The successful Mid Interior Designer will be offered:
• 13,000 – 16,000 AED
• Working visa
• Health insurance
• Career progression

The key responsibilities of the Mid Interior Designer:
• Assist in the development of design concepts and space planning layouts
• Create mood boards and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories for each project.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Present design proposals and solicit feedback from clients
• Travel for client meetings, site visits (monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control) and industry events.
• Work closely with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD & InDesign
• Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
• Ability to guide CAD Designers in detailed drawings documents

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.
• Strong background in residential projects dealing with developers
• Proficient in conceptualization, space planning, and material selection.
• Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
