Mid-Level Corporate / Commercial Lawyer

Job description / Role

We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.

This role provides legal support on corporate, regulatory, and commercial contracting matters.

Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, consultancy, and services contracts.
2. Advise on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements to support operations across the UAE and GCC.
3. Provide day-to-day corporate support, including licensing and regulatory filings.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver practical solutions to commercial and legal issues.

1. Bilingual Arabic-English lawyer with 4–7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
2. Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation in the UAE/GCC market.
3. Ability to manage compliance and licensing matters, balancing regulatory requirements with commercial needs.
4. Excellent advisory and communication skills with the ability to support multiple business units.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
