Mid-Level Creative Lead (Social and Content)

Job description / Role

Core Proposition: A creative producer with 5-7 years of agency or in-house sports media experience, capable of developing content that serves both brand storytelling and live event amplification. Must understand how to create assets for partnerships, broadcast integrations, and fan engagement before, during, and after events.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Background: 5-7 years in an agency, sports media house, or with a rights holder (team, series, or major event).
• Relevant Experience: Portfolio must demonstrate work for live events, sports properties, or automotive brands. Experience creating content for event activation, sponsor showcases, or behind-the-scenes series is highly valued. Direct motorsports experience is a strong plus.

Core Skills:

• Content Production: Leads the creation of social/digital content, documentary-style features, and partner highlight reels.
• Event Coverage: Experience planning and executing live social coverage from events (e.g., producing day-in-the-life content, pit lane interviews, fan zone activations).
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite for rapid editing and motion graphics. Can adapt content for broadcast, digital, and social outputs.
• Client & Asset Management: Experience working directly with clients/partners on-site at events and managing complex asset delivery for sponsors.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, content-driven production environment.
• Portfolio showcasing multi-format content (video, graphic, photo) for live sports/events.
• Understanding of the Middle East sports/events landscape.
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a significant asset for regional content.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
