Mid Level Interior Designer

My client a leading developer in Dubai is seeking a Mid Level Interior Designer with 5 - 8 years' experience ( 8 years MAX) , to join a thriving and friendly team in Dubai , This is a rare opportunity to join a Real Estate developer in Dubai. They require a Mid-Level Interior Designer with experience with F&B and High-End residential projects - Must be creative with a beautiful portfolio of F&B and high-end residential projects in the region . Experience with large scale residential developments is also an advantage.

* Experience with high end residential, hospitality, and F&B is essential
* Space Planning & Design Development - Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
* Proficiency in Design Software - Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
* Project Coordination - Experience managing timelines, budgets, and communication with vendors and consultants. _ .FF&E Specification - Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, and materials, with sourcing and documentation experience.
* Technical Drawing & Documentation - Competence in producing detailed construction drawings and design documentation.
* Client & Team Communication - Professional presentation skills
