Job description / Role
A leading international FMCG Company is looking for a passionate Market Manager to be part of their specialized team based in Dubai.
Job Role:
• Input the development of the marketing strategy, implementing all onsite promotions and proactively and getting involved with the local community;
• Maintain and develop good relationship with business partners;
• Prepare and follow-up on monthly and annual volumes to ensure it is on target;
• Monthly review of the production plan, monitoring and following up in distributor inventory levels;
• Suggest improvements in marketing, activation and distribution processes;
• Ensure prompt fund collections to secure smooth shipments;
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisorial/managerial level preferably in the FMCG industry;
• Vast knowledge in marketing, financial planning and strategy;
• Strong managerial skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Effective accounting, technical, and presentation skills;
