Job description
Join our dynamic team as a mini bar attendant at our luxurious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have an exceptional in-room dining experience.
- Restock and maintain mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring all items are fresh, properly arranged, and fully stocked
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levels
- Process accurate billing for consumed mini bar items
- Clean and sanitize mini bar units and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar service during room turnovers
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels, guest consumption, and billing
- Assist in identifying popular items and suggest improvements to the mini bar offering
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
- Ability to operate mini bar refrigerators and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and carry supplies, and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of food and beverage inventory management
- Familiarity with hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick and accurate decision-making skills
- Multilingual skills are a plus, given Dubai's diverse international clientele
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
