Job description / Role
The ideal candidate must have between 3 to 5 years UAE working experience in MIS, BI Tool, and advanced skill in Excel & PowerPoint and knowledge of MS Access.
- The role will entail supporting the Stakeholders & Distributors across Middle East by preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI’s reporting, Report automation, Project Coordination and other MIS related responsibilities.
-The person should have a passion for data accuracy and report improvement and be able to work autonomously
Job responsibilities:
- Manage BI Tool (e.g. periodic report generation, raw data upload, dashboard visualization / performance analysis, data compilation / translation/extraction, design, and modification)
- Interpret data with focus on the domain
- Provide business intelligence, data analytics, metrics, and reporting
- Present impactful data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau for loyalty data reporting and post campaign analysis.
- Write and manage delivery of reports/technical documentation (i.e. Strategy documents, Business Requirements Specifications, Bid Proposals, and User Manuals)
- Liaise with stakeholders, communicating findings, and presenting project updates to all stakeholders Manage all OEM Middle East dealers request to support their enquiries.
- Coordination with headquarters in Japan for all Vehicle VINS Missing during the shipments.
- Responsible in supporting dealer management tool enquiries.
- Periodic IT support during IT Engineer’s leave
Salary:
AED
11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MIS experience (Management Information Systems)
- Expert Excel and PPT Skills
- MS access knowledge
- Call Centre reports experience will be an advantage
- Big Data Handling
- IT and Smartphone Application knowledge
- Able to accept new challenges
- Able to work under short deadline
- Team player
- IT savvy
- Experience in Logistics and Fleet business is a plus
- Expert in Business analysis
- IT savvy and SQL programming is a plus
