Mixed Intellectual Property Associate C. 2- 4 PQE
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire a Mixed Contentious and Non-Contentious Intellectual Property Solicitor with c .2 - 4 years PQE plus to join its high profile practice, assisting the market leading Partners and broader team in the conduct of high value Intellectual Property work in the UAE and across the broader Middle East.
This role will be to work closely with the Partners in both the Dubai, other Middle East and international offices in relation to undertaking a broad mix of Intellectual Property work, i.e. covering commercial IP work such as licensing, franchising, distribution along with the contentious aspects relating to high end Trade Mark, patent, copyright and enforcement and disputes work. The matters and clients that the team / firm are involved with are household names and at the cutting edge of the work undertaken in the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law, UK / US / Australian etc. admitted solicitor with c.2 - 4 years PQE high quality intellectual property experience gained at leading legal directories rated law firm. Our client is looking for an ambitious and able lawyer who is currently based in the UAE or looking to relocate from London, Sydney, NZ etc. Market leading tax free remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
