About the Job
Lead, plan and direct all development and operations for mobility hubs, which include community hubs and EV hubs within the Property Services & Franchise Department, including renting the spaces/outlets in ADNOC Distribution , for fair prices, providing third-party advertising opportunities and looking for new ways to bring external franchises, in order to optimise the revenues sales from all ADNOC Distribution's sites and premises ensuring accordance with the divisional strategy and business plans, continuous growth of market share and achievement of revenues as per defined key performance indicators.
Key Accountabilities
Rental Services Management
- Lead all efforts to screen the markets and identify available locations for mobility hubs and source potential tenants while leading the development of a comprehensive and profitable regional client base that generates a sustainable number of referrals to drive ADNOC Distribution's network growth.
- Plan and manage the effective implementation of mobility hub development plans while recommending and highlighting on areas and methods of market share enhancement to the SVP to support optimum returns on investment.
- Lead and conduct site visits to with prospective tenants to assure alignment with ADNOC Distribution's strategies.
- Manage the process of connecting and meeting with prospective and existing clients, in order to reach for new business opportunities for mobility hubs and design relevant propositions accordingly.
- Manage the creation of new theme on ADNOC properties ( (mobility hubs) in order to measure and test customer attraction and movement to increase sales.
- Interface with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters, lease terms, and limitations surrounding a possible lease, listing, and related mobility hub agreements.
- Oversee all community hub investments, vouch for potential investments and sent it for approval to the management, in order to bring new streams of income for ADNOC.
- Lead the negotiation process through smart-driven fair pricing while taking into accounts various factors (square footage, stations...) and manage the process of bidding for newly opened mobility hubs in order to ensure optimization of revenue/profits for ADNOC.
P&L, Budget and Financial Accountability:
- Support the Retail VP in the development and monitoring of the retail group business plans and optimal annual budget, in line with the company objectives and work programs to support alignment and arbitration while ensuring quality and reality checks are in place.
- Ensure that annual Division/Department budget and projected financial objectives are aligned with the business plans and is geared to achieve all financial objectives.
- Participate in the establishment of the annual financial budgets and targets for the Division/department to ensure they meet the management's expectations and the overall strategic goals of ADNOC Distribution in general and the retail group in particular.
- Participate in the development and review of periodical retail Management and financial performance reports and financial statements related to revenues and profitability margins to ensure having accurate information for better decision making and retail sales forecasting
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external entities such as clients, local, international and government authorities etc. with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of experience in Retail Operations/ Property Management/Network/ Real estate/ NFR/Format Development, of which at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment.
- Multi-functional operational and property management experience.
- Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.
- Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.
- Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.
- Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.
- In depth knowledge of ADNOC Distribution's business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulations
