Salary: up to 4,750 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge

A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service.

Job Description:
-Prepare and bake traditional Moroccan breads, pastries, and desserts to 5* hotel standards.
-Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and menu consistency.
-Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation, ensuring quality and freshness.

-Open to Moroccan nationals, aged 38 years old and below with at least 2 years of experience as a baker specializing in Moroccan cuisine.
-Proficient in traditional Moroccan baking techniques and dough preparation.
-Knowledge of food hygiene standards and ability to maintain a clean workstation.
-Ability to work in a team environment and follow kitchen instructions precisely.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,750 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: plus service charge
