Moroccan F&B Captain up to 3.3k Aed++ for a Catering Services Company in UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To ensure diners are receiving high-quality service
- Overseeing the proper order and flow of dishes, informing staff about specials and food that is sold out and keeping the dining areas clean and organized
Requirements
- POSITION: F&B Captain
- SALARY: 3,300 AED plus shared accommodation, transportation, duty meal, medical insurance depending on qualifications and years of experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Catering Services Company
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Moroccan nationals
- Male/Female, 27 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or any relevant certifications
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the hotel industry
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experts in basic food service technique
- Good personal presentation skills
- To be patient and diplomatic when dealing with complaint
- Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication skills
