Job description / Role
12k MAX per month
Reporting to the Manager of Mortgages you will act as a PA to him when required.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers over the telephone
- Manage the administration and paperwork for each customers case
- Ensure all paperwork up to date
- Diary management
- Attendance of meetings on the managers behalf
- Typing and filing
- Putting together the mortgage packs for each customer, following up with them on the telephone
Requirements
- Ideally will have some financial background, you will have managed a large amount of administration
- You will have ideally some PA or secretarial experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Some experience of speaking to customers on the telephone
- Excellent telephone manner
