Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Establish and maintain strong relationships primarily with Real Estate Developers, Brokers and clients. Initiate, formulate, and implement business strategies to grow the Mortgage Finance business of IF with the aim to provide operational and service delivery to achieved prescribed levels of customer satisfaction.

Keeping up to date with the current market and law and working closely with your clients. Meeting sales targets is an important part of the role. Identifying sales opportunities in new markets, designing & developing financial and mortgage strategies that tailored to benefit the local markets, while staying true to the global brand strategies.

Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises; conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.

Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements; Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.

Designing mortgage home loan strategies and assisting clients to make informed decisions negotiating with product suppliers for the best possible rates. Liaising with head office and financial services providers.

Producing Mortgage reports. Ensuring that all clients are contact with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments/Mortgages. Ensure proper assessment of Mortgage loans and complete relevant details/documents from clients. Following through processing of client loan applications within the required time frames.

Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be:

• Based in UAE
• Age Range: 25 to 35
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2


• Ability to achieve Sales Targets
• Ability to work independently and as a Team
• Highly motivated and goal orientated
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience in Dubai
