Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized mortgage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lending institutions, and real estate agents.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in mortgage lending.
- Stay up-to-date with mortgage regulations, industry changes, and market conditions.
- Prepare and present mortgage proposals to clients, articulating benefits and risks clearl

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financing options, and loan regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
- Driven and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + commission, visa & medical insurance
