Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Mortgage Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they understand their options and receive the best financing solutions to secure their property investments.

Must be currently based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and mortgage needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to loan approval and closure.
- Research and present suitable mortgage products from a variety of lenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, lending regulations, and industry changes in the UAE.
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and prepare mortgage application submissions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients to secure favorable financing arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant, Loan Officer, or similar role within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and the property market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to mortgage consultancy in UAE will be preferred.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
