Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations and motion graphics that communicate our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring that our visual storytelling aligns with our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in motion design, an eye for detail, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web, social media, and video content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually compelling animations that resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion design projects, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance and innovate motion design practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide feedback and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects.
- Proficiency in animation and design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently.
