Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: To effectively operate and maintain Customer’s equipment at their locations, and manage all of their printing and finishing to ensure Customer satisfaction and profitable site growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure minimum machine downtime, manage and control wastage/spoilage, achieve Company targets and improve the overall customer experience.

2. Update Stock report to re-order Company material and consumables in order to avoid non – availability.

3. Address and resolve customer complaints through effective and timely complaint resolution techniques in order to avoid reoccurrences.

4. Provide continuous feedback regarding workflow, changes, and new requirements to ensure timely action is taken to satisfy customer requirements.

5. Ensure commitment to attendance & time keeping; prompt response to customer requirements, keeping commitments and following through on all proposed action plans.

6. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate management decision-making.

7. Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality clause of the Agreement to ensure no Customer's confidential documents/information is subject to copies/duplication/destruction etc. unless instructed by nominated staff or Customer.

8. Learn and share industry best practices with team in order to stay abreast of new technology.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years sales/ Ops experience in the Service Industry, Office Automation and

Document Solutions Industry. UAE experience an advantage.

Education: Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Computers.

Job Specific Skills: PC literate with the ability to trouble shoot problems related to printing, copying and document solution in addition to job production capabilities.

Generic Skills: Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, & problem solving skills. Ability to set priorities; work under pressure in order to meet customer deadlines.
