MS Excel Executive

Job overview

We are looking for a highly skilled MS Excel Executive to support data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Excel's advanced functions and tools, and is capable of transforming raw data into meaningful insights and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets.
• Use formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF, SUMIFS) to perform complex calculations.
• Design interactive dashboards using charts, slicers, and PivotTables.
• Automate processes using Excel Macros and VBA (optional but preferred).
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using Excel tools or Power Query.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports based on business needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline reporting and data handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve spreadsheet-related issues quickly and accurately.

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or latest versions).
• Experience with:
  • Advanced formulas and nested functions
  • PivotTables and Pivot Charts
  • Data visualization
  • Conditional formatting
  • Power Query and/or Power Pivot (preferred)
  • Basic to advanced VBA scripting (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience working with large data sets or in data-driven environments.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Access, Word).
