Job Description :-

Experience Level: - 5 to 7 years of Experience

Designing, planning, installing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Exchange server systems, network connections, and communication links. Writing Power-Shell scripts according to business needs. Responsible for assisting in the planning, design, installation, support, maintenance, and recovery of server and storage hardware/software that is used as part of the Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Messaging-computing environment. Create PowerShell scripts for the administration of Exchange, Office 365, custom software implementations, Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 and advanced troubleshooting
Responsibilities include setting up user accounts and mailboxes, backup and restore operations and security.

Skills & Requirements :-

- Analyse terabytes of SQL data looking for performance bottlenecks and/or bugs
- Maintain security of networks and operating systems and troubleshoot issues
- Plan and manage web systems hardware and software, including web server setup and implementation
- Provide technical support to client end users
- Maintain client databases across multiple platforms and computing environments, monitoring utilities, applications and users
- Design, install, support and maintain local and wide area networks
- Provide technical expertise in managing public and private networks
- Manages daily IT operations for Microsoft Office 365 and Google for Work
- Supports and administers Office 365, Google for Work and other cloud-based solutions for user productivity
- Creates deployment plans for Google for Work in new sites and businesses

Eligibility & Education :-

- ASP. Net and C# development skills for Outlook Plugin Development / OWA customizations highly desired
- Evaluates the analysis of the short-term or long-term capacity needs for messaging systems
- You will not be running installs of Exchange
- There will be no deploying of patches or anti-virus signatures
- You will not be provisioning users, or managing their mailbox size quota or the likes
- Deep understanding of all Exchange components, right down to the software code level
