Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties:
- Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (social media, chat, call and email)
- Be a passionate advocate for customers while answering any questions that come your way
- Show empathy to frustrated customers and turn them to advocates while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
- Build loyalty among new customers and get early adopters to fall in love with the brand all over again
- Triage issues and escalate them when necessary

- Fluent in English & Arabic
- 8 hour shifts 24/7
