Overview of the role
To facilitate a data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business and management better.
What you will do
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the business to management and key stakeholders.
- Generation of new and analysis of business-specific reports and support the planning team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
- Schedule, prepare, and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts.
- Generation and analysis of various business-specific reports and publish them to stakeholders.
- Generation of simulations of sales incentives as per the incentive policy.
- Clear communication on the incentive break-up to the related stakeholders in sales, HR, finance, and accounts.
Required skills to be successful
- Highly analytical, excited about data and numbers, and generate insights visually.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management (especially human resources), or technology.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in automotive.
- Experience of big data handling, Microsoft Office, data analytics, and visualization tools - Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work with pace and quality discipline.
