Job description / Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, Monitor & Develop a portfolio of key retailers in accordance with the strategy of the division
• Full accountability of Invoicing sales & Net sales
• Create annual business plan to achieve agreed growth (sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade etc.)
• Drive profitability of the accounts P&L and follow up on ROI/Revenue growth management and gross margin
• Lead all negotiations with retailers on annual contracts, key launches, share of space, activity plan, payments & collection
• Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct QBRs
• Participate in the commercial strategy, trade marketing, forecast and finance & credit alignment meetings
• Conduct thorough analysis to track key accounts performance (sell in- sell out)
• Cascade commercial plans to the team and ensure execution excellence.
• Ensure commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly set for the team and monitored on a monthly basis
