Position Title: National Service Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established group of companies handling various business units such as distribution of motor vehicles, real estate development, home electronics and computer operating systems
Job Description:
• Ensure that service is performed at the highest level and operate the department profitably
• Provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel
• Ensure technicians maintain their skills up to date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers
• Maintain the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy
• Promote sales, profitability, and quality service culture throughout the Service network
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/ Automotive or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in UAE or GCC market with recognized automotive brands, high tech products, handling multiple locations
• Should have knowledge in using Oracle & Telnet
• Experience in passenger cars, commercial vehicles motorcycles, marine products is a must; Marine engines & Motorcycles experience is a plus
• Immediately joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
