About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Lead the design of scalable, integrated NetSuite ERP solutions. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, develop solution blueprints, and ensure system architecture aligns with enterprise standards and future growth.
• Drive seamless implementation of NetSuite modules, enhancements, and integrations. Oversee system configuration, customization, testing, and data migration while collaborating with stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Continuously improve ERP performance through automation, workflow enhancements, and advanced reporting. Manage escalated issues, maintain documentation, and provide training to users for smooth operations.
• Act as a trusted ERP advisor across departments, guiding strategy, roadmap, and governance. Design and manage integrations with third-party applications, recommend best practices, and ensure optimal use of NetSuite tools.

• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with NetSuite certifications preferred, and over 7 years of NetSuite ERP design and implementation experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant
• Strong functional expertise across Sales, Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, CRM, and hands-on skills with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft).
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations in multi-subsidiary environments, with exposure to Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Power BI.

Salary:
AED 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
