Network Engineer

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring a Network Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other hardware devices.
- Install and configure network equipment.
- Create firewalls and update virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
- Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
- Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate networking issues to the management.
- Stay updated with the latest and best practices related to security and networking to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant certification (Huawei HCIE, Juniper JNCIP, Cisco CCNP) is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Devices, WLAN & Security. Experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto is an advantage.
- Knowledge of network protocols and technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
