BlackStone eIT, a pioneering player in the computer software industry, is searching for a talented network engineer to enhance our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency.
• Develop network security strategies and policies to protect organizational data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to establish networking requirements for new projects.
• Document network configurations, processes, and changes.
• Research and advise on the latest networking technologies and trends.
• Train and support users in networking-related issues and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency in network technologies and protocols, including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex networking issues.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred but not mandatory.
