Employment: Full Time

News App operation director will be leading the operation of our News app service in MENA region catering to audience hailing from Pakistan, GCC and North African countries.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for All deliverable product KPIs.
- Take lead in setting up capable product team for smooth future operations.
- Excellent Industry know how and partnership with local and international stakeholders.
- Responsible for operation plan including content strategy and execution
- Operation resource management and adoption including:
• Channels and positioning,
• Product improvement request and follow up.
• Proactively suggest ways to evolve by organizing the regular report of service and continuous improvement in operation

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above.
- Total 8 to 10 years of experience with 5 years relevant experience in News Browser App/Browser Operation.
- At least 1- 2 years management level experience, handling overall product operation and marketing.
- Cross-functional leadership capability in leading team from across the company.
- You can communicate and translate requirements and priorities between business and technical audiences.
- Proven experience of end to end news application product operation.
- Love news, care about current affairs, be familiar with online news communication, and have strong judgment on content
- Good at operation data analysis, finding problems and proposing improvements
- Have a comprehensive understanding be good at designing effective operation methods to improve user viscosity and activity.
