What you will be doing:

- Responsible for a daily audit of the guest ledger, including all transactions herein, as well as the daily balancing of the guest ledger and prepare Daily Report
- To perform end of day closing procedure and initiate back-up process.
- To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into system.
- To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
- Manage time and resources well and demonstrates good organizational abilities
- Work under pressure when required and be available to work overtime when the role and responsibilities require it
- Committed, motivated and able to achieve tasks in required time frame
- Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/hotel
