Night Auditor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team in Dubai. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, maintaining guest satisfaction during the night shift, and supporting the smooth operation of the hotel overnight.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Reconcile and balance accounts related to guest billing, cash, and credit card transactions.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the night shift, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor security and safety of the premises throughout the night.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve discrepancies and assist with operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to financial and operational activities.

- Previous experience in auditing or front desk operations within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
